Job summary

The role requires an active Nevada SLP license and Medicare-qualifying education and experience. Responsibilities include completing assessments, developing treatment plans, documenting services promptly, and educating patients and caregivers while coordinating with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

About the role

The Speech-Language Pathologist evaluates and treats eligible home health patients under an authorized plan of care, helping improve communication and swallowing outcomes.

What you will do

Qualifications
