Job summary

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for Highland House to join a multidisciplinary rehab team. You will develop individualized treatment plans and address a variety of diseases and impairments with progressive modalities in-house, under local management support.

Requirements: graduate of an accredited therapy program, licensed in the state where you work, and 1 year of rehab SNF experience preferred (CFY not eligible).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• Licensed in the state where you will work; must have 3 C's.

Responsibilities

• Work with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized rehab plans.
• Provide therapy in a supportive SNF rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities.

We are currently seeking an experienced:

SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP)

Work with a multidisciplinary team to insure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans. Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments. In-house therapy with local management support.

Job Requirements:

EDUCATION: Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.

CERTIFICATE / LICENSE: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working. Must have 3 C's.

EXPERIENCE: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred. 1 year experience preferred.
