Responsibilities

Work with a multidisciplinary team to provide a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans. Work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments. Provide in‑house therapy with local management support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• Licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working; must have 3 C’s.
• Previous rehab SNF experience preferred; 1 year experience preferred.
