Job summary

Liberty Health Lumberton, NC is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehab team. You will work with a multidisciplinary group and develop individualized treatment plans in a supportive SNF setting.

The position values 1 year rehab SNF experience and licensure in the state. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• Licensed in the state where the SNF is located; must have 3 C's.
• 1 year rehab SNF experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to tailor rehab treatment plans.
• Deliver in-house therapy with local management support and progressive modalities.

SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP)

Work with a multidisciplinary team to insure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans. Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments. In-house therapy with local management support.

Job Requirements

• EDUCATION: Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• CERTIFICATE / LICENSE: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working. Must have 3 C's.
• EXPERIENCE: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred. 1 year experience preferred.
