Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join Monroe Health Services in Monroe, Wisconsin. This position offers full-time or part-time options and flexible PRN opportunities in a supportive rehabilitation setting.

Qualified candidates hold an accredited SLP degree, Wisconsin SLP license, and ASHA certification. New graduates are encouraged; skilled nursing experience is a plus but not required. Comprehensive benefits are provided.
