Job summary

Symbria, in partnership with Phoebe Richland, is seeking a full‑time Speech Language Pathologist to serve the older adult population in Richlandtown, PA. You will establish goals and implement clinical and educational SLP programs as part of an interdisciplinary team.

New grads are welcome; mentorship and hands‑on training are provided. The role emphasizes patient outcomes, documentation, and collaboration with the geriatric care team in a supportive, employee‑owned environment.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school for Speech Language Pathologists.
  • Hold a valid or pending state license.
  • Experience in acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation is beneficial.
  • NetHealth experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Establish goals and implement clinical and educational SLP programs.
  • Maintain productivity and complete required documentation as part of an interdisciplinary team.
  • Help patients achieve outcomes while serving as a trusted partner to the community.

Responsibilities

As a full‑time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans while developing and implementing clinical and educational SLP programs. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school for Speech Language Pathologists.
  • Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.
  • Experience in acute care, long‑term care, and/or rehabilitation is great to have but not always required.
  • NetHealth experience is a plus.
