Job summary

Therapy Source is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-person services for public school students in Florida. This immediate need runs through May 27, 2027, with a 40-hour workweek and a school schedule of 6:45 AM - 2:15 PM, Monday-Friday, designed for a predictable routine.

The role offers compensation of $55-$60 per hour, 1099 contract status, strong district support, and dedicated onboarding and account management.

Qualifications

• Current CCC-SLP certification required.
• Active Florida SLP license required.
• Florida DOE certification for school-based practice where applicable.
• Ability to obtain and maintain background clearances.
• Professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop speech-language goals for students.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services.
• Deliver push-in and/or pull-out services per student needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.
• Support students' communication needs to promote academic and social success.
