Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a pediatric speech-language pathologist for a school-based contract in Milton, FL. The role focuses on delivering speech and language services to elementary students, with a structured 6:45am–2:15pm schedule and a 37.5-hour workweek.

You will conduct screenings, evaluations, develop treatment plans, deliver individual and group therapy, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals.

Qualifications

  • This role requires SLP licensure eligibility in Florida and pediatric school experience.

Key Qualifications:
  • Active or eligibility to obtain CCC-SLP or SLP-CF licensure in the State of Florida
  • Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-age children in a school setting
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices for pediatric speech therapy
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
  • Team-oriented, flexible, and passionate about making a difference in students lives
  • New graduates in their CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) are encouraged to apply
Core Responsibilities:
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with a range of speech and language needs
  • Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to student goals
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with district and legal requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student support teams

This is a contract role, offering a 37.5-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, with daily hours from 6:45am to 2:15pm. The compensation for this position is $45 per hour, paid weekly.
