The Creekside School is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. Through person-centered support, meaningful relationships, and evidence-based practices, we empower every individual to reach their fullest potential while fostering independence, dignity, and community inclusion.
Our school provides individualized educational and therapeutic services designed to help students build communication, academic, social, behavioral, and life skills in a supportive and collaborative environment. Every day, our team works together to create meaningful learning experiences where students feel valued, respected, and empowered to succeed.
No two days are the same. One day you might be celebrating a student’s first successful use of an AAC device, the next collaborating with teachers to support communication in the classroom, helping a student strengthen their social communication skills, or celebrating a milestone they’ve worked hard to achieve. Every day brings new opportunities to make a meaningful difference while building lasting relationships.
At The Creekside School, we believe every student deserves the opportunity to learn, communicate, and thrive. Our Speech-Language Pathologists play an essential role in helping students build functional communication skills, increase independence, strengthen social connections, and reach their fullest potential.
Whether you’re supporting a student’s first spoken word, introducing a new communication strategy, or helping a family celebrate a breakthrough, you’ll make a meaningful difference every day.
When you join The Creekside School, you become part of a team that values collaboration, compassion, and continuous learning.

Our work is guided by the values that define The Creekside School:
Are you passionate about helping students find their voice and build meaningful connections?
The Creekside School is seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and student-centered Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary team. You’ll work with students with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities by providing individualized assessments, therapy, and communication supports that promote independence, confidence, and success.
As an SLP, you’ll do more than provide therapy—you’ll build relationships, empower students to communicate, collaborate with educators and families, and help create meaningful learning experiences that extend beyond the classroom. Every day is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.
Our Speech-Language Pathologists work closely with students, families, teachers, behavior specialists, occupational therapists, and other related service providers to deliver evidence-based, person-centered services that promote communication, inclusion, and lifelong learning.
