Crystal Lake Healthcare & Rehabilitation in Bayville, NJ is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team. You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders for adult and geriatric residents in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active New Jersey SLP license.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Compassionate, organized, and committed to exceptional resident care.

Responsibilities

Crystal Lake Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing rehabilitation team at our Bayville, NJ 08721 location. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, resident-centered environment under a highly experienced leadership team, including our new Administrator, Director of Rehabilitation, and Director of Nursing.

Position Summary
