Centra Healthcare Solutions is actively seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a great SNF/LTC, for a permanent, direct-hire assignment. This role is a full-time position with day schedule, requiring collaboration with an interdisciplinary team and alignment with the organization’s mission and goals.

The ideal candidate will hold an accredited degree in speech-language pathology, current state licensure (or in process), CPR certification, and SLP-CCC certification.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP or actively pursuing licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Work within an interdisciplinary team to develop a plan of care for each patient.
• Provide skilled speech therapy services/interventions per physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals.
• Candidate must be an SLP-CCC.

A great SNF / LTC is looking for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist / SLP to join their growing team for a perm / direct hire assignment! This is a direct hire / 'perm'position.Days schedule.This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Requirements

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP.
• Current CPR certification.
• Work within an interdisciplinary team to develop a plan of care for each patient.
• Provide skilled speech therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of speech therapy interventions.
• Set realistic and achievable goals for patients to develop, or recover, reliable communication and swallowing skills so that the patient can fulfill their educational, vocational and social roles.
• Candidate must be an SLP-CCC.
