Job summary

Allaire Health Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/CCC) to join our in-house rehabilitation team at Lock Haven Rehabilitation & Senior Center in Pennsylvania. The role focuses on residents' communication, cognition, and swallowing needs within a skilled nursing/long-term care environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, PA licensure, and CCC-SLP, with strong communication skills and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current Pennsylvania SLP license required.
• CCC-SLP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled therapy services to improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehabilitation team members.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and discharge recommendations.

Lock Haven Rehabilitation & Senior Center | Lock Haven, PA

Lock Haven Rehabilitation & Senior Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/CCC) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. This position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative interdisciplinary team in a Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care setting focused on helping residents achieve their highest level of communication, cognition, and swallowing function.

Qualifications
