Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our pediatric home health team in Colorado. You will assess and treat communication, feeding, and swallowing disorders in kids, delivering care in home and clinic settings.

The role emphasizes a 1:1 therapist-to-patient model, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth while supporting families and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the current state.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification or in the process of supervised experience.
• Willing to work in home and clinic-based settings (state specific).
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric speech-language pathology assessments and therapy.
• Deliver individual and group therapy in home and clinic settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support outcomes.

We offer our industry-leading pediatric therapy for kids of all ages in multiple settings. We match our therapists to their patients based on medical condition, age, location, and acuity level. Our local office is looking for a compassionate SLP in the following area who would like to make a positive and lasting impact in the lives of their patients:

Compensation

$82,000 to $150,000 annual salary (based on experience)

*Guaranteed compensation to build caseload

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Qualifications:

• Meets the qualifications as established by ASHAor other professional organization


• Licensed to practice SpeechTherapy in the current state of practice


• Meets the education and experience requirements for a Certification of Clinical Competence in speech pathology or audiology granted by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association; or meets the educational requirements for certification and is in the process of accumulating the supervised experience required for certification.


• Must be willing to work in home and clinic-based settings (state specific)


• Valid, unexpired Driver’s Licenseand automotive insurance


• Experienced in pediatric rehabilitative services preferred


• Feeding Experience Preferred - training provided
