Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide school-based services in California. A Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and CA license/eligibility are required, with fingerprint and TB clearance.

Salary ranges $82,000–$120,000 based on the school-year calendar. The role emphasizes professional mentorship, in-house CEUs, and a strong team-based approach to empower children and families within a hospital- and school-based setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CA SLP license/credential or eligibility.
• Fingerprint clearance required.
• TB clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and write evaluation reports.
• Collaborate with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team on service delivery.
• Target modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills.
• Maintain daily therapy logs, data collection, and attendance records.
• Write IEP goals aligned to curricular standards.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
