Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education in Modesto, CA, seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to join a mission-driven team serving children and families. A Master’s degree is required and CA licensure or eligibility is needed; CFs are welcome. Fingerprint and TB clearance are required for this position.

The role offers a salary range of $82,000 to $120,000 per school year, with comprehensive benefits, ongoing mentoring, and professional development opportunities within a supportive, clinician-led environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current CA SLP license/credential or eligibility.
• Fingerprint background clearance.
• TB clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conducting ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services.
• Conducting appropriate assessments, writing comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Consulting and collaborating with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery.
• Targeting modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills.
• Maintaining daily therapy logs, data collection, attendance registers.
• IEPs: Writing goals in support of curricular standards.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
