Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking Speech Language Pathologists for in-home Early Intervention (ages 0-3) in York, PA and surrounding areas. Flexible Full-Time, Part-Time or PRN options with hybrid scheduling; W-2 position and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as an SLP, or licensure eligible; ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic and therapeutic abilities with communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech sessions following the IFSP plan and best practices.
• Work with families in natural environments and community settings.
• Collaborate with professionals to meet child/family goals.
• Maintain documentation including session notes, progress summaries, and IFSP input.

York, PA and surrounding areas | Full-Time/Part-Time/PRN

W-2 Position | $70-$75/hr (Negotiable) | Great Benefits!

HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) that are looking for the most flexible position to join our fun and growing Early Intervention team in York, PA!

• Scheduling Options: Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN opportunities available. You can start slow and build up to Full-Time or work as as little as 5 hours/week with our PRN options! Hybrid options available!
• Hourly Compensation: Standard rates up to $75/hour! Higher hourly rates for anyone open to traveling across county lines!

• Service Areas: We work hard to keep visits within a 30-minute drive from the therapist's home! We have options in York/Adams County, PA areas as well as the opportunity to pick up more cases in Franklin County should you be interested!

• Flexible Session Scheduling: You create your own schedule based on you and your client's availability! Sessions are roughly 1-hour long including therapy time + documentation time on your company provided laptop!

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech sessions through the use of current best practices based on services defined in the child’s Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
• Work with families/caregivers in the child’s natural environment and throughout the community while supporting the families daily routines.
• Collaborate with other professionals that support the child/family to aid in the achievement of outlined goals.
• Maintain all documentation of service delivery required by the program. This includes session noted, quarterly progress summaries, and annual IFSP input.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible
• Certification: Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP).
• Skills: Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record systems, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
