Job summary

21st Century Home Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Speech Therapist/Language Pathologist to provide skilled services for breathing, speaking and swallowing in Solano County.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted CA Speech Therapist License.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification.
• Valid CA Driver's License.
• Experience in home health care is highly preferred.
• Experience with high acuity patients is a plus.
• Experience with an interdisciplinary team is highly desired.

Territory: Solano County: Petaluma* (Sonoma Country)

What you’ll do as a Home Health Speech Therapist/Language Pathologies (ST): In partnership with the Case Manager you will provide skilled services to assist patients with breathing, speaking, and swallowing functions. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive and fluency disorders that affect communication. You will serve as an educator, patient advocate and a member of the interdisciplinary care team

To be a success as Speech Therapist/Language Pathologist (ST)

• Current unrestricted CA Speech Therapist License

• Knowledge and understanding of individual development and human behavior as it relates to the effects of illness/injury; and of the influence of culture on health care.


• Knowledge of state and federal homecare regulatory guidelines preferred.

Anticipated Wage range Speech Therapist: 110,000.00- 125,000.00 Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. 21st Century offers generous bonus incentive plans, comprehensive health benefits and 401k (Up to 4% match)
