Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide clinic-based speech-language services to ABA Therapy patients. The role is on-site at our Sugar Land clinic.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Current CCC from ASHA preferred.
• Unencumbered Texas state license to practice.
• Preferably 3+ years of experience with children diagnosed with Autism.
• Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assessments/evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric & adolescent patients with ASD.
• Provide 1:1 direct Speech-Language services in 30-minute sessions.
• Co-treat with BCBAs, OTs, and Clinical Directors.
• Consult with parents/caregivers on treatment and progress.

Within this role, our Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) will work in a clinic-based environment, providing exceptional speech-language services to ABA Therapy patients!

This role is on-site at our Sugar Land clinic!

Compensation: Competitive by session compensation + uncapped biweekly bonus potential.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assessments/evaluations
• Development of individualized treatment plans for pediatric & adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Providing 1:1 direct Speech-Language services within 30 minute sessions
• Co-treat with our BCBAs, OTs, and Clinical Directors
• Consult with parents and caregivers on a regular basis to discuss treatment and patient progress

Qualifications

• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA preferred
• Unencumbered license to practice as issued by the Texas state board
• Preferably at least three years of experience working directly with children diagnosed with Autism.
