Trilogy Health Services, LLC in South Bend, IN is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver comprehensive assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary clinical setting.
You will evaluate patients for speech, language, voice and swallowing disorders; develop individualized therapy plans with measurable goals; provide therapy to improve communication and feeding; and educate patients and families about progress and strategies.

The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), is responsible for providing a full range of speech-language pathology services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position's qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.
Education: Master Degree
Experience: 0-1 years
Licenses and Certifications:
Must have and maintain a current, valid state SLP licensure
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred or required
Current valid CPR certification, preferred
Travel: Yes. Minimally, as required (Typically less than 10%)
