Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide a full range of speech-language pathology services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions, in a team-based environment at Homewood Health Campus in Lebanon, IN.
Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing therapy plans, delivering therapy to improve communication and swallowing, educating patients and families, and maintaining compliant documentation.

The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), is responsible for providing a full range of speech-language pathology services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position's qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.
Education: Master Degree
Experience: 0-1 years
Must have and maintain a current, valid state SLP licensure
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred or required
Current valid CPR certification, preferred
Travel: Yes. Minimally, as required (Typically less than 10%)
