Job summary

AdviniaCare Seashore Pointe in Provincetown, MA is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. You will design and implement personalized therapy plans to promote residents' independence, safety, and communication goals.

Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and family members to monitor progress, educate on exercises, and document care. Eligible candidates must be licensed and committed to high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
