Job summary

AdviniaCare is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team. You will assess residents, design individualized treatment plans, and help them achieve maximal independence and safety.

As part of a collaborative rehab team, you will implement plans, educate residents and families on therapies, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records, contributing to quality of life and reintegration goals.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist is required.
• State license or RI eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and modify plans addressing physical, cognitive, emotional needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for coordinated care.
• Educate residents and families on exercises and techniques.
• Monitor progress and report outcomes.
