Job summary

Care Pavilion Nursing & Rehab Center in Philadelphia, PA is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time role. New graduates and CFY candidates are encouraged to apply, with mentorship available within a collaborative rehab team.

You will evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, documenting with Net Health EMR and coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current PA SLP license or eligibility.
• CFY candidates welcome and encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized speech therapy treatment plans.
• Treat residents with speech, language, voice, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation professionals, residents, and families.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health EMR.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and discharge planning.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
