Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is hiring for the 2026-2027 school year for a Speech-Language Pathologist in California. Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and CA SLP licensure eligibility are required. This role involves school-based services, comprehensive evaluations, and collaboration with parents and IEP teams.

CFs welcome. Salary ranges from $82,000 to $120,000 annually, with strong benefits, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• CA school-based service delivery experience or training preferred.
• Ability to write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• IEP team involvement and goal writing.
• Background clearances required (fingerprint, TB).

Responsibilities

• Provide CA school-based speech-language pathology services.
• Assess and evaluate using appropriate tools, write reports.
• Collaborate with Parents, Teachers, and IEP Team on service delivery.
• Target modification, accommodation, or generalization of skills.
• Maintain daily therapy logs, data collection, and attendance records.
• Write IEP goals aligned with curricular standards.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
