Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is hiring for the 2026-2027 school year in California. A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and CA SLP licensure or eligibility are required. CFs are welcome. Salary ranges from $82,000 to $120,000 based on the school year calendar.

The role includes mentoring, local supervision, AAC/CLD/SLPA resources, and opportunities for supervision of interns or CFs. Equal opportunity employer with comprehensive benefits and 401K with employer match.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CA SLP license/credential or eligibility.
• Fingerprint background clearance.
• TB clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Consult with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery.
• Target modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills.
• Maintain daily therapy logs, data collection, and attendance records.
• Write IEP goals aligned with curricular standards.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
