Job summary

Marysville Post Acute in Marysville, CA is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team full-time or PRN. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized plans, and help patients regain communication and swallowing skills while documenting according to facility guidelines.

Join a collaborative interdisciplinary team in a skilled nursing environment that values clinicians and residents.

Qualifications

• Active California Speech Language Pathologist License required or eligible
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
• Familiarity with EHR systems such as Net Health or PointClickCare is a plus

• Evaluating residents, creating individualized treatment plans, and celebrating patient progress
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility guidelines and procedures
• Helping residents regain communication skills, swallowing function, confidence, and independence
• Working alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team that truly works together

$65-$70/hour DOE

Full Time and PRN Position available
