Are you an exceptional speech‑language pathologist ready to make a difference in a Jackson County elementary school? ESS Clinical is looking for a dedicated CCC SLP to lead student support services.

Pay: up to $2,156 per week
Employment: W-2, 109‑9, and travel options available
No non‑compete clauses in our contracts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and provide therapy to students with speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote academic and social success.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting plans as necessary.
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence.
• (Provisional) State licensure in Speech‑Language Pathology.
• Experience in a school‑based setting preferred.

Schedule & Location

• Full‑time, part‑time, or contract positions available.
• Day shift, Monday–Friday, no nights or weekends.
• In‑person work at the school.
