Job summary

North Ridge Health and Rehab is seeking a Speech Therapist (SLP) to oversee planning, developing, and directing Speech Language Pathology services, ensuring quality resident care.

The role supports both new graduates and experienced therapists, offering full-time hours with flexible scheduling. Candidates must have an SLP license and CCCs, and be able to work in our Wisconsin facility.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competency
  • MUST have active SLP license in state(s) of practice.
  • Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain current licensure and certification

Responsibilities

  • To provide quality speech therapy services and initiate referrals when appropriate.
  • To evaluate and obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation
  • To develop a treatment plan that includes a target list, short-term, and long-term goals
  • Instructs patient, family, and staff in appropriate speech-language procedures to allow carry over of therapeutic remediation and goals in daily activities
  • To complete compliant and medically necessary documentation from CMS expectations in NetHealth EMR systems
  • Oversight and implementation of proper protocols for FEES/MBS with coordination of site programs
  • Participants in screening protocols for establishing needs of residents are being met timely and with clinical excellence

North Ridge Health and Rehab is hiring for a Speech Therapist SLP to assist in planning, organizing, developing, and directing Speech Language Pathology services in accordance with current applicable federal, state, local standards, guidelines and regulations, and as may be direction by Administrator, to assure the highest degree of quality resident care is always maintained.

Responsibilities
