Job summary

MEP Health seeks an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive rehab environment in Lumberton, North Carolina. The role focuses on addressing diverse speech and language impairments through individualized treatment plans and progressive clinical modalities.

The candidate should have a graduate therapy program credential, valid state SNF licensure, and at least 1 year of rehab SNF experience; CFY candidates are not suitable.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• Valid state licensure in the SNF where the role is based.
• Minimum of 1 year of rehab SNF experience.
• Must possess 3 C's (certifications/licenses).
• This position is not suitable for CFY candidates.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Providing therapy to address a variety of speech, language, and communication impairments.
• Utilizing progressive treatment modalities in a clinical setting.
• Ensuring a positive and responsive patient and family experience.

Education

Graduate of an accredited therapy program
