Job summary

Ahoskierehab is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide skilled therapy services to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans. This PRN role focuses on improving resident function, communication, and quality of life.

You will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams. Flexible scheduling and a patient-centered, collaborative rehab environment are hallmarks of this role.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited therapy program (SLP).
  • Current state licensure in SLP.
  • Current CCC certification.
  • Long-term care experience preferred.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Patient-focused and team-oriented.

  • Document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries.

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide skilled therapy services to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans. This role focuses on improving resident function, mobility, communication, and quality of life.

Responsibilities
