Key Rehab is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a skilled nursing facility setting. We welcome candidates in any status and require an active SLP license and CCCs or CFY candidacy.

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program with an active SLP license in the state of practice.
• CCC- or CFY candidate preferred.
• Adhere to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and all relevant state and federal regulations.
• Preferred experience with geriatric population and knowledge of Medicare billing practices.

Therapists will evaluate patients, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve their goals.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

• Accredited Education: Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program with an active SLP license in the state of practice.
• Certification: CCCs required, or be a CFY candidate.
• Compliance: Adhere to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and all relevant state and federal regulations.
