Key Rehab is seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a SNF setting. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients reach their goals.

Eligible candidates are graduates of an accredited SLP program with an active state license; CCCs required, or CFY candidate; and a commitment to ethical standards, flexibility, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program with an active SLP license in the state of practice.
• CCC(s) required, or CFY candidate.
• Adhere to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and all relevant state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Therapists will evaluate patients, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve their goals.
