Job summary

Opis-Senior-Services-Group is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position at Tierra Pines Center in Largo, Florida. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, delivering customized therapy to improve communication and quality of life.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, monitor progress, document sessions, and educate patients and families on effective communication strategies for daily success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Strong clinical expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and therapy planning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique goals.
• Deliver therapy for communication disorders, fluency challenges, voice issues, and swallowing difficulties.
• Use evidence-based methods and cutting-edge techniques to boost patient progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, comprehensive care.
• Track patient progress, document sessions, and maintain detailed records.
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies for everyday success.
