Job summary

Bridgeview Center in Florida is seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to help patients improve communication, swallowing, and quality of life through compassionate, evidence-based therapy.

You’ll conduct evaluations, tailor treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while documenting progress and educating families. Licensure in Florida and CCC-SLP preferred; per diem schedule with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP.
  • CCC-SLP certification preferred.
  • Strong clinical expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and therapy planning.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work with diverse patients across ages and conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations across speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing.
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans.
  • Deliver therapy for communication disorders, fluency challenges, voice issues, and swallowing difficulties.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for coordinated care.
  • Document progress and maintain detailed patient records.
