Key Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a SNF setting in Nebraska. The role focuses on evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to drive meaningful outcomes. Qualifications

• Accredited Education: Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program with an active SLP license in the state of practice.
• CCC or CFY candidates acceptable as pathway to certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and assess communication/swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities

Therapists will evaluate patients, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve their goals.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• Accredited Education: Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program with an active SLP license in the state of practice.
• Certification: CCCs required, or be a CFY candidate.
• Compliance: Adhere to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and all relevant state and federal regulations.
