Job summary

Haines-City-Rehabilitation- is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across ages. You’ll develop personalized plans and deliver therapy using evidence-based methods.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique goals.
• Deliver therapy for communication disorders, fluency challenges, voice issues, and swallowing difficulties.
• Use evidence-based methods and cutting-edge techniques to boost patient progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, comprehensive care.
• Track patient progress, document sessions, and maintain detailed records.
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies for everyday success.
