Job summary

Cedarbrook Health & Rehab is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a per diem role in Fort Myers, Florida. You will evaluate speech, language, cognitive and swallowing abilities and tailor treatment plans to individual goals in a collaborative, patient‑centered setting.

Deliver evidence‑based therapy, document progress, and educate patients and families while working with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, quality care and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Strong clinical expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and therapy planning.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique goals.
• Deliver therapy for communication disorders, fluency challenges, voice issues, and swallowing difficulties.
