Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based role in Falcon, CO. You will support K–12 students with speech and language services and collaborate with school teams across Falcon, Peyton, and Colorado Springs.

CFs are encouraged to apply; mentorship is provided, with W-2 employment and benefits including health coverage and a 401(k) match. Licensure and CDE certification are required or pursued after start.

Qualifications

• Must hold Colorado SLP license or be able to obtain it.
• Colorado CDE Certification or willingness to obtain.
• CFs (Clinical Fellows) encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy in a K-12 setting.
• Conduct assessments and write evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Partner with teachers and families to ensure skill carryover.
• Maintain timely documentation and compliance records.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
