Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for a school-based role in Bailey, CO. You will provide speech-language services, assess students, and contribute to IEP goals within a collaborative team. CFs are welcome, with mentorship and W-2 employment including benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• Valid Colorado SLP license or ability to obtain.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support articulation, language, fluency, and social communication goals.
