Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education in California is hiring for the 2026-2027 school year for a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist. Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and CA license are required; CFs welcome. Salary ranges from $82,000 to $120,000 per school year, depending on calendar and experience.

This role includes mentoring, supervision, and a Compass/Fellows program for growth. Responsibilities include conducting ethically sound assessments, writing reports, collaborating with IEP

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current CA SLP license/credential or eligibility.
• Fingerprint and TB clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services.
• Write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Collaborate with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team on service delivery.
• Target modification, accommodation and generalization of skills.
• Maintain daily therapy logs, data collection and attendance records.
• Write IEP goals aligned with curricular standards.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
