Job summary

Glenlist Global Wine Network seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in adults receiving home health care. You will work within a collaborative team and provide therapy in clients’ homes.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and an active CA SLP license or eligibility, with preference for those with PROMPT/AAC or Oral-Motor experience and bilingual abilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active CA SLP license or eligibility required.
• Adult experience preferred, pediatric exposure acceptable.
• PROMPT, AAC, or Oral-Motor experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish, Armenian, or other languages) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations (mentorship provided for CFY).
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy for articulation, language, fluency, apraxia, voice, and cognitive communication.
• Deliver sessions in home settings.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain documentation (guidance provided for new grads).
