Job summary

Amergis is seeking a School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract-full-time position in San Jose, CA. The role involves evaluating students and delivering therapy services in accordance with individual plans of care and physician orders.

Required licensure as an SLP in the state of assignment; CCC-SLP is preferred or may be required by contract. CPR, health certs and compliance with health regulations are also expected where applicable.

Qualifications

• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
