THREEMEADOWS in Northwest Ohio is seeking a Staff Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in a collaborative rehabilitation setting. You will work with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, residents, and families to develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and support discharge planning.
Ohio licensure is required; CCC-SLP is preferred.
Location: Northwest Ohio
Compensation: $42.00-$48.00 per hour , based on experience, qualifications, and licensure.
