Job summary

LTC Therapy Services in Holyoke, MA is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team. You will evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans.

This role emphasizes collaboration with nursing, PTs, OTs, physicians and families, plus documentation in compliance with clinical standards. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Provide evidence-based therapy for communication, cognition, voice, and dysphagia.
  • Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nursing staff, physicians, and families to coordinate care.
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.

Job description

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time

Holyoke, MA - $43–$46/hour

We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team in Holyoke. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative skilled nursing and post-acute care setting where you'll help residents improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function while making a meaningful impact on their quality of life.

Position Responsibilities
