Job summary

SkyAbove Therapy is seeking a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist to support an elementary caseload in Colorado. This fully on-site role offers a four-day work week (Mon–Thu) and compensation of $60–$70 per hour with bi-weekly direct deposits.

You will provide direct therapy, conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families while maintaining timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado SLP license (DORA) and CDE SSP license with SLP endorsement (or eligibility).
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CF candidates considered with supervision.
• School-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services (individual and group) to an elementary caseload of approximately 45–50 students.
• Conduct speech-language evaluations, develop IEP goals, monitor progress, and present at IEP meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to integrate communication strategies into the classroom.
• Maintain timely, compliant documentation.
