FullShift Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Skilled Nursing Facility assignment in the United States. The role focuses on evaluating and treating speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders in SNF residents, with a collaborative interdisciplinary team and regular documentation.

This position offers a contract length of 13 weeks with extension options or potential permanent placement, days shifts, competitive hourly pay plus housing and travel stipends

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathology License in the state of employment (or ability to obtain).
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification current or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Assess and monitor progress, adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on goals and strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Requirements:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology License in the state of employment (or ability to obtain) – New grads welcome!
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Current TB test/results
• Current physical stating fit for duty (within past year)
