Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a school-based position in Arvada, CO. You'll support K-12 students by providing speech and language services that directly impact communication and learning.

CFs welcome! This full-time role offers mentorship, W-2 employment with liability insurance, benefits, licensure reimbursement, mileage between sites, and a supportive team committed to equity and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Valid Colorado State SLP license
• Colorado CDE Certification
• Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• School-based experience preferred, not required

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
