Adelphi Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Part Time Speech & Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our compassionate team. You will provide direct patient care, assess rehabilitation needs, and help residents maintain communication and swallowing safety.

Part Time Speech & Language Pathologist (SLP) Position is available!

We are looking for SLPs who are dependable, self-motivated team players. SLPs are the eyes and ears for our Residents and play a very important role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing direct patient care to assess their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations and restrictions and potential for rehabilitation.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient's capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician.
• Document and record the patients' condition and educate patients and families in an appropriate physical therapy method.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to provide best patient centered treatment and care.

Requirements/Qualifications:
