Responsibilities

• Provide treatment programs to maximize speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.
• Document services in the medical records and communicate with families and physicians.
• Supervise Clinical Fellow and other SLPs in direct patient care.
• Develop treatment plans and obtain physician approvals.
• Educate families and nursing staff on follow-through programs.
• Participate in rehab team conferences and discharge planning.
