Job summary

Spurwink is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Chelsea Day Treatment Program on a full-time basis. You will assess and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and dysphagia for youth ages 5 to 20 within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include providing consultation, direct instruction, and modeling in classroom and clinical settings, supervising interns when applicable, and supporting educators and families with communication intervention strategies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Communication Disorders required.
• Maine State License in Speech-Language Pathology required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and dysphagia in youth 5–20 within a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide consultation, direct instruction, and modeling in classroom and clinical settings.
• Provide in-service education and/or consultation on communication interventions.
• Supervise assigned speech-language pathology interns and assistants when applicable.
